Returns and Refunds
- You can return product up to 30 days after purchase.
- To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:
- with the original retail packaging
- all associated product tags and labels still attached
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your Order Confirmation email or a copy of the Packing Slip are both acceptable.
- IMPORTANT: If the item is worn or used, the retail tags are removed, or it is beyond 30 days from the date of the order, your refund amount will be reduced. The amount of the reduction/restock fee may range from 10% of the original cost (missing tags) up to a significant portion of the cost of the item (worn/used).

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item. Original shipping costs - if any - are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where we only offer partial refunds or exchanges:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item damaged or missing parts
- Any item returned more than 30 days after it was ordered
REFUND PROCESS AND TIMING
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm we've received your return and processed a refund (this will normally happen the same day we receive it, but sometimes it will be the next business day). We will process your refund, and apply the credit to the original method of payment on the order. How long it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card is determined by your credit card issuing bank.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, verify if you've received the automated refund confirmation email described above. Double check your Junk Mail folder!
- Contact your credit card company and to see how long they take before the refund is posted to your account.
- If you haven't received the Refund Confirmation email from us, or your bank does not have a record of the refund, please contact us.
If the item you purchase says "CLOSEOUT" in the title, the sale is FINAL and the item can not be returned. We may be able to do an exchange for a different size, but quantities are usually severely limited and we may not be able to accommodate you.
We will certainly replace any item that is defective or arrives damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
If you need to exchange an item due to fit/size or you just don't like it, the fastest method is to reorder the correct size now on this site, and then mail the original item back to us for a full refund.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you from someone else, you can receive a store credit for the value of your return. Please be sure to clearly mark the return as a "Gift Return", so we can set up the store credit instead of refunding the money back to the gift giver. That would be awwwkward...
